Please submit your complete application documents conveniently online via our application portal. The relevant link can be found at the bottom of each job advertisement. If you have any content-related questions, please contact the person listed in the job advertisement.
  3. Acknowledgement of Receipt
After successfully submitting your application, you will immediately receive a confirmation via email. In any case, you will hear from us again.
  4. Job interview
If your application convinces us, we will invite you to a personal interview. The interview usually takes place in person at the HAWK campus where the position is advertised. Travel expenses cannot be reimbursed. However, upon request, we are happy to confirm your participation in the interview for third-party coverage of costs. Simply bring the relevant form to the interview.

The following persons usually attend on behalf of HAWK: the head of department, potentially other team members, the Human Resources department, a member of the Staff Council, the Equal Opportunities Officer and, where applicable, the Disability Representative.

It is important to us that the interview takes place in an open and appreciative atmosphere, where your concerns and expectations are also at the center.

  5. Decision and Feedback
Once all interviews have been completed, the Staff Council, the Equal Opportunities Officer and, where applicable, the Disability Representative will be formally involved. We will, of course, inform you of our decision in any cases, regardless of whether we are able to offer you the position or not.
  6. If not only you have convinced us, but we have also convinced you:
    Congratulations and welcome to HAWK!
